In to the woods….for an engagement session – Cleopatra Photography {you & me} Boston Massachusetts Engagement Photography, Central Mass and Worcester Engagement Photography by Ashley Nardello

Hi Everyone!

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to meet an adorable couple named Renee and Clint. When Renee contacted me she was ecstatic about her engagement and wanted to get amazing pictures to commemorate their love! They had a super cute idea too so I was excited to meet them as well….. Since their wedding was being held outdoors, they wanted to incorporate that into the session. Not only that but the trails we walked were one of the places their love began to take shape.

We also hit up their Gym to take some pictures. Also one of the places where they spent nights after work developing an amazing friendship, that clearly led to love!

I laughed so hard with Renee about the fact that, she first met Clint at work… but after learning he went to the “OLD Iron Gym” SHE used the old…

I would love to work out, I just need someone to show me what I am doing…(in so many words) wink wink….

Fast Forward to 6 or 7 years later and they have developed an amazing relationship….. These two are so excited to be getting married …

They came to their session prepared!!! Renee had two blankets and props all ready to go in her bag! ( I loved this because they were ready to go and had what they needed to be comfy and what matched their outfits right at their fingertips) Way to be prepared Renee!

So anyways, we went to this area behind the water treatment plant in the town of Wareham… Actually South of Boston closer to Plymouth Mass… but to all the out-of- town-ers… “Outside of Boston”

I had a great time with You guys Renee and Clint! We got some awesome shots!  I Can’t wait to do it again at the wedding next year you guys!

Meet Jackson… Cleopatra Photography {Newborns} Newborn photography Boston Massachusetts and Newborn Photography by Ashley Nardello

Hello everyone! SOOOO here I am with Mr. Jackson. aka Jax as I like to call him…

If you follow me regularly you know that I usually don’t name my babies.. after much consideration I thought… why not? I am not using any last names or identifying personal info.

After all, I am trying to give you all a personal look at my work and in to my life.

You know me, you know my kids, and now you will also “know” my clients.

So having moved back to the Boston area recently, I have been able to reconnect with people who are people I haven’t seen in yeaaarrrrs  (a decade plus)

Jackson’s Mommy and I know each other from High school, Good old Marlboro High. She is actually really good friends with my sister – in – law and they have kept in touch all these years! Not to mention my husband used to play baseball with her husband and have known each other since they were pitcher and catcher…

It’s so crazy being back for all of those reasons! Before we  know it Jackson will be 2 and Giovanni will be 4,  and they will be playing together growing up… continuing on like Nick and Chris.

So When Renee contacted me about having pics done of their little guy, I was so happy to oblige.

Jackson came into this world with a bang being born after an emergency C-section… according to mommy the nurses called him “lucky” … I’d say so….  having a knot in the umbilical cord and having it wrapped around his neck… lets just say that it made for an eventful arrival said mommy…

let me tell you Jackson is a fighter! He made me and mommy and daddy work for the goods! but we got them…

ok so here we go!

When I got to their house the first thing I noticed was that they had a wheel barrel in the back yard that said Jackson on it! it helps to be observant hehehe…

so being that the high today was 65 degrees… I had some reservations about having him outside… but he did great.

Enjoy the time I spent with Jackson…

mommy kept calling me his girlfriend lol… We laughed so hard because it was hilarious how he couldn’t take his eyes off of me… lol this little observant guy definitely has a place in my heart!

Renee and Nick congrats on the birth of your little man…

here are some of his images from today…
